What you will do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives.
• Lead a team of Influencer Executives and collaborate with brand, social, PR, and e-commerce teams.
• Manage end-to-end paid influencer campaigns from ideation and creative briefing to delivery and analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
• Oversee product seeding and gifting initiatives while ensuring compliance with ASA and FTC regulations.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance and report on ROI and key KPIs.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital brand marketing.
• Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools such as Traackr.
• Passion for the beauty, skincare, and cosmetics sectors.
