What you will do

  • Establish hirify.global as the go-to native advertising partner for studios, streamers, and media agencies using your local network.
  • Drive revenue by personally pitching and closing deals to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Build and negotiate long-term media partnership agreements with new and established clients.
  • Collaborate with the native advertising campaigns team to develop tailored proposals that align with client objectives and user experience.
  • Attend local industry events to strengthen the hirify.global brand presence in the region.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role within media or marketing.
  • Strong existing network within media and marketing teams at studios, streamers, and agencies.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with a clear bias to action.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with an intuitive relationship-building approach.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ownership to build and grow local revenue.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and sales pipelines.
