TL;DR
Account Executive (Cloud Business Solutions): Driving account growth and new business acquisition for ServiceNow and Microsoft solutions with an accent on public sector, utilities, and education. Location: Hybrid (Canberra). Must be an Australian Citizen.

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, including pipeline tracking and monthly reporting.
- Drive new business acquisition within the public sector, utilities, and education industries.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across client organizations.
- Deliver innovative technology-led transformation using ServiceNow and Microsoft cloud platforms.
- Contribute to overall sales strategy, forecasting, and representation at industry events.
Requirements
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a comparable sales or account executive role.
- Proven success in selling IT professional services, specifically Microsoft and/or ServiceNow offerings.
- Strong track record of new business sales and consistent target achievement.
- Experience with government procurement processes (Tenders, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and panel contracts).
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for stakeholders.
