What you will do
- Develop and implement channel development and revenue plans consistent with growth targets.
- Manage a dedicated partner portfolio, including recruiting and onboarding new partners.
- Spearhead joint value propositions, coordinating resources across Sales Leadership and Channel Marketing.
- Execute and coordinate training on new products and solution sets for partners.
- Manage deal registration, forecasting, and pipeline reviews with channel partners.
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to generate business insights.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in channel sales management and development.
- Significant experience with technology channel partners in the Personal Workspace and IT market.
- Strong analytical thinking, forecasting, and relationship-building abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Location: Must be based in Brisbane or Sydney (or Alexandria).
