Location: Hybrid; must be based in Alexandria, Brisbane, or Sydney, Australia

What you will do

  • Develop and implement channel development and revenue plans consistent with growth targets.
  • Manage a dedicated partner portfolio, including recruiting and onboarding new partners.
  • Spearhead joint value propositions, coordinating resources across Sales Leadership and Channel Marketing.
  • Execute and coordinate training on new products and solution sets for partners.
  • Manage deal registration, forecasting, and pipeline reviews with channel partners.
  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to generate business insights.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in channel sales management and development.
  • Significant experience with technology channel partners in the Personal Workspace and IT market.
  • Strong analytical thinking, forecasting, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling and presentation abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Location: Must be based in Brisbane or Sydney (or Alexandria).
