What you will do
- Map and qualify potential partners across target mountain resorts to build a robust prospecting database.
- Identify and approach commercial partners including hotels, ski schools, and transport operators.
- Develop strategic relationships with institutional stakeholders such as tourism boards and municipalities.
- Present the company's value proposition and negotiate long-term partnership agreements.
- Coordinate successful partner activation and launch efforts with internal teams.
- Maintain an organized CRM pipeline and provide accurate reporting on outreach activities.
Requirements
- Must be based in Austria and able to travel frequently across the Austrian Alps.
- German: C1/C2 proficiency required.
- English: Professional proficiency required.
- Strong understanding of Austrian business culture and proven experience in partnership development.
- Hunter mentality with a track record in field sales or business development.
- Excellent diplomatic and relationship-building skills for engaging with senior executives and public institutions.
Nice to have
- Experience working within the mountain tourism ecosystem.
- Knowledge of South Tyrol and Alpine destinations.
- Passion for mountains, tourism, or outdoor sports.
