What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Draft and publish job descriptions across internal and external job boards.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage professional communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare employment documentation and offer letters in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain the ATS database and generate recruitment reports to track performance and identify improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in HR management, business administration, or a comparable field.
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an HR Shared Service or internal environment.
• Fluent French and English proficiency.
• Proficiency in recruitment software (ATS) and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple processes in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
