French-Speaking International Recruiter (HR)

Location: Malaga or Barcelona, Spain, or Remote (within Europe)

What you will do

• Source and attract candidates via job portals, databases, social media, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging job advertisements and social media campaigns to increase vacancy visibility.
• Screen and interview candidates through phone and video calls.
• Match French-speaking talent with international career opportunities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate presentation to final follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and B2B clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required.
• Must be based in Spain (Malaga/Barcelona) or working remotely from Europe.
• Experience and passion for sales and service, with a track record of meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Strong ability to hunt and search for talent using various digital tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Self-driven approach to working both independently and within an international team.
