What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide market recommendations.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, search engines, and professional networking sites.
• Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications via ATS and conduct phone interviews to determine role fit.
• Manage the candidate experience by providing timely updates and coaching them through the interview process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define offer details and negotiate candidate acceptance.
• Deliver accurate reporting on recruiting metrics and activities to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles and talent acquisition metrics.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• German language proficiency
