Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Shanghai FL HQ, China; flexible working location and business travel may be required for project needs

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for positions at all levels in China, from intake meetings and job descriptions through sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding follow-up.
• Develop cross-area talent supply strategies and mechanisms for the Bay region, including Guangdong, Hainan, and Hong Kong.
• Track recruitment KPIs covering time to hire, diversity, early leavers, sourcing channels, process compliance, and data integrity.
• Build collaborative relationships with business and HR stakeholders to address hiring needs and deliver recruitment results.
• Support the employer value proposition, employer branding roadmap, campus events, and relationships with target schools.
• Contribute to digital transformation across talent acquisition and manage related vendors, resources, and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or related recruitment work; multinational company experience is highly preferred.
• Proven experience leading and deploying recruitment projects.
• Experience using digital tools in recruitment, with familiarity with ATS platforms and labor laws.
• Native Mandarin and fluent English are required or strongly preferred for the role.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, integrity, self-motivation, business acumen, and accountability.
