Location: Must be based in London, UK. Hybrid role requiring at least 2 days per week in the London office.

Salary: £21,600–£27,000 (pro rata for 3 days per week).

What you will do

  • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and supplier relationships.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office events.
  • Maintain staff administration records, including tracking holidays and absences.
  • Monitor bank accounts, process invoices, expenses, and payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and support credit control and internal reporting.
  • Ensure health and safety routines and general office compliance.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
  • Proven experience in office administration, accounts support, or finance administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care and communicate professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible, positive approach.
