What you will do
- Handle physical mail, update operational databases, and manage visitor access and sign-in procedures.
- Maintain office inventory and supplies, coordinate canteen food orders, and reconcile monthly petty cash.
- Coordinate with building management and repair vendors to ensure the workspace is secure and well-maintained.
- Support C-Suite logistics during executive visits and flag IT equipment issues to the technical team.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including desk setup, access passes, and H&S inductions.
- Ensure day-to-day office operations comply with health, safety, and organizational guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration, facilities, or operations support.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proactive approach with the ability to manage a varied workload independently.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with visitors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortability working with AI tools to enhance job efficiency.
