What you will do

  • Proactively manage and optimize diaries for Regional Host teams to maximize productivity and travel efficiency.
  • Coordinate a variety of appointments, including property viewings, handovers, inspections, and inventory visits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding appointment rescheduling and move-in arrangements.
  • Manage compliance documentation, specifically saving and chasing Right to Rent (R2R) verification.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless operational activity.
  • Execute mystery shopping activities to support service quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, or operational support role.
  • Strong organizational and diary management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Confident professional communication skills for interacting with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Manchester on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Right to Rent or other compliance-driven processes.
  • Proficiency with property management software and strong general IT skills.
