What you will do
- Proactively manage and optimize diaries for Regional Host teams to maximize productivity and travel efficiency.
- Coordinate a variety of appointments, including property viewings, handovers, inspections, and inventory visits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding appointment rescheduling and move-in arrangements.
- Manage compliance documentation, specifically saving and chasing Right to Rent (R2R) verification.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless operational activity.
- Execute mystery shopping activities to support service quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, or operational support role.
- Strong organizational and diary management skills with high attention to detail.
- Confident professional communication skills for interacting with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Must be based in or able to work in Manchester on a hybrid basis.
Nice to have
- Understanding of Right to Rent or other compliance-driven processes.
- Proficiency with property management software and strong general IT skills.
