What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
• Design and present tailored solutions aligned with customer priorities and strategic goals.
• Lead complex contract negotiations focused on long-term partnerships and mutual value.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to deliver aligned solutions.
• Track account performance and share insights to inform broader company strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B sales managing complex enterprise accounts.
• Proven experience in the U.S. healthcare market.
• Strong track record in contract negotiation and account growth.
• Ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers.
• Proficiency with CRM and modern sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
