What you will do
- Own a portfolio of high-growth clients, serving as the primary point of contact for operational and strategic needs.
- Drive account retention and revenue growth through strategic account planning and high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to resolve execution-based issues.
- Analyze and present clinical outcomes and ROI metrics to demonstrate value to clients.
- Lead the delivery of marketing campaigns to drive member enrollment and engagement.
- Monitor key program metrics and identify performance gaps to proactively address at-risk accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or healthcare consulting.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding performance metrics and retaining a book of business.
- Familiarity with health plan operations (Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, Commercial).
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce or equivalent.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with food-as-medicine, SDOH interventions, or telehealth services.
- Experience working with marketing agencies on campaign development.
- Bachelor's degree in business, public health, nutrition, or healthcare administration.
- Experience working in a startup or small company environment.
