What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, managing day-to-day operational needs.
- Drive client retention by providing exceptional service and consulting on SaaS best practices.
- Uncover business pain points and partner cross-functionally with the product team to provide feedback.
- Lead product demonstrations to showcase the value of additional HHAeXchange solutions.
- Collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities within the market.
- Manage KPIs related to customer satisfaction, ticket backlog, and turnaround times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of client service experience.
- Must reside in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in healthcare/homecare industry or SaaS platforms (preferred).
