What you will do

• Create and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning materials for Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
• Develop enablement plans and adoption roadmaps tailored to specific business needs.
• Translate technical features into user-friendly, role-based scenarios and documentation.
• Conduct user sessions, demos, and onboarding activities alongside senior team members.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and change management stakeholders to drive user engagement.
• Contribute to digital learning assets that promote long-term tool usage.

Requirements

• Must have a valid visa for Poland.
• Professional Polish and Communicative English (B2) required.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or delivering training/workshops related to Microsoft 365.
• Background in user training, onboarding, or adoption programs for Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical, and user-friendly way.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders or supporting technology adoption initiatives.

Nice to have

• Ability to manage multiple learning or adoption activities simultaneously.
• Experience preparing structured learning materials or digital adoption content.
