TL;DR

Consultant - AI (AI): Designing and prototyping agentic AI solutions for global marketing clients with an accent on bridging technical capability and strategic business needs. Focus on building proof-of-concepts, identifying AI opportunities within accounts, and translating client needs into engineering briefs.

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark (Hybrid - average 4 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Contribute to pitch materials including commercial scope, client narratives, and success criteria.
• Identify and surface agentic AI opportunities within existing client accounts to drive innovation.
• Develop hands-on proof-of-concepts and prototypes using tools like Claude Code before formal SOW.
• Translate client requirements into high-impact technical briefs for the engineering team.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary project pods including designers, strategists, and engineers.
• Support delivery by synthesizing stakeholder insights and prioritizing use cases by business impact.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience post-graduation.
• Hands-on experience prototyping with the newest generation of AI tools.
• Background in consulting, in-house transformation, or a high-trajectory startup role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to drive deliveries independently under senior guidance.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Copenhagen office.

Nice to have

• Experience in Marketing, CRM, customer experience, Martech, or loyalty domains.
• Experience with Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, or similar enterprise Martech platforms.
• Proficiency with AI engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Exposure to facilitating or participating in senior client workshops.
