Regional Due Diligence Director, APAC

Location: Singapore, Singapore; regular travel across APAC is required.

What you will do

• Lead the APAC Investment Council process, prioritizing development opportunities and preparing investment recommendations for executive decision-makers.
• Own front-end development from site identification through land acquisition and execution readiness.
• Manage technical and commercial due diligence, including feasibility studies, conceptual design, utility strategy, permitting, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate Development, Site Selection, Operations, Finance, Legal, Commercial, Design, Engineering, Construction, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee portfolio governance, reporting, budgets, schedules, risks, financial performance, and capital deployment priorities.
• Manage relationships with consultants, landowners, contractors, utilities, government authorities, regulators, and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex development, infrastructure, construction, or real estate projects, ideally in a client-side environment.
• Strong understanding of site acquisition, due diligence, planning, permitting, and utility infrastructure, including power and fiber.
• Experience working across APAC markets; Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and Australia experience is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders and external partners.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred; regular APAC travel is required.
