Team Lead Account Executive (Sales Leadership): Lead a team of 5–10 Account Executives to drive SMB sales, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and execution quality with an accent on consultative sales methodology, CRM hygiene, and full-cycle opportunity management. Focus on coaching reps to spot pipeline risks early, guiding solution presentations and demos, and representing hirify.global in key client meetings and trade events.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–10 Account Executives toward a shared team quota
  • Own pipeline management quality, target tracking, and forecast reporting across the team
  • Ensure consistent consultative sales execution (communication, active listening, objection handling)
  • Monitor and support inbound and outbound prospects throughout the full sales cycle
  • Review and guide solution presentations and product demos to align with customer needs
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate revenue/opportunity reporting; identify gaps and build action plans

Requirements

  • 2+ years of people management experience in a sales environment with direct ownership of a team quota
  • Proven track record of leading teams to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Deep understanding of pipeline management with ability to spot risks early and coach for course correction
  • Languages: Italian, Spanish, and English are mandatory
  • 3+ years of B2B IT Sales experience (individual contributor experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales technology
