What you will do
- Research and identify new leads and potential markets via social media and online tools.
- Drive new business through proactive prospecting independently and in collaboration with SDRs.
- Lead discovery conversations to align 's value with measurable client outcomes.
- Manage the full sales pipeline: cold calling, emailing, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and high-level meetings.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas through a hunter-mindset approach.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within an online software or tech company.
- Substantial experience in B2B outbound Enterprise sales targeting C-level executives.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ).
- Native English proficiency.
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling into Enterprise L&D or HR teams.
- Familiarity with the visual communication platform.
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Ability to analyze spreadsheets and sales performance metrics.
