Location: Hybrid: Must be based in London, UK with unrestricted right to work in the UK

What you will do

  • Research and identify new leads and potential markets via social media and online tools.
  • Drive new business through proactive prospecting independently and in collaboration with SDRs.
  • Lead discovery conversations to align hirify.global's value with measurable client outcomes.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline: cold calling, emailing, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
  • Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and high-level meetings.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas through a hunter-mindset approach.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within an online software or tech company.
  • Substantial experience in B2B outbound Enterprise sales targeting C-level executives.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ).
  • Native English proficiency.
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling into Enterprise L&D or HR teams.
  • Familiarity with the hirify.global visual communication platform.
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Ability to analyze spreadsheets and sales performance metrics.
