Compensation: £100,000–£240,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle across EMEA, from outbound prospecting to contract signature.
- Build and maintain a 3x-4x qualified pipeline through disciplined outbound execution.
- Develop relationships with executive stakeholders including COO, CIO, and VP-level leadership.
- Lead consultative discovery sessions mapping operational workflows to AI agent capabilities.
- Scope and lead structured pilots that demonstrate measurable operational ROI.
- Document customer use cases to shape product roadmap and international GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or enterprise logistics sales experience.
- Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure enterprise software agreements.
- Strong consultative selling and value-based sales methodology.
- Experience navigating complex buying committees and long enterprise sales cycles.
- Must be based in London with the ability to travel extensively across Europe.
- Ability to work 9:00am-6:00pm London time with overlap for US headquarters.
