What you will do
- Own the full product lifecycle for onboarding, monetization, and agent interaction flows.
- Define and drive product strategy based on data, user research, and behavioral insights.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and growth to ship fast and iterate.
- Set and monitor success metrics, specifically activation, retention, and revenue.
- Translate complex user psychology into simple, delightful product decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in B2C, ideally with consumer apps or AI products.
- Proven track record of scaling products from zero to millions of users.
- Strong proficiency in analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- High standards for product quality and sharp attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of human psychology and user behavior.

- Experience with conversational or AI-native products.
