What you will do

• Drive product discovery and define the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Agent Studio.
• Define abstraction layers for workflow blocks, memory, tool adapters, and evaluation harnesses.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship powerful, developer-centric builder experiences.
• Build and scale an evaluation culture including golden sets, quality metrics, and ship gates.
• Engage directly with customers and design partners to validate real-world agentic workflows.
• Use quantitative data to track adoption, latency, and quality to manage the business.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Proven experience in building and shipping developer-first platforms, tools, or APIs.
• Demonstrated success in shipping products within an agile development environment.
• Strong ability to frame technical and business problems and deliver simple solutions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

Nice to have

• Expertise in agentic workflows, retrieval, memory, or orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation, telemetry, and governance.
• Technical background with hands-on coding experience.
• Experience in eCommerce, content-heavy use cases, or media workflows.
