What you will do
- Define and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Core Trading Platforms.
- Own the end-to-end platform product lifecycle from discovery and delivery through optimisation.
- Make prioritisation decisions across platform modernisation, technical sustainability, operational resilience, and business enablement.
- Manage risks, dependencies, trade-offs, investment, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Data, Operations, Change, Architecture, and business stakeholders.
- Coach Product Owners and delivery teams while promoting reusable capabilities and consistent product practices.
Requirements
- Strong product management experience, including product vision, strategy, and roadmap definition.
- Experience owning products, platforms, or value streams end to end.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Technology, Data, Operations, and Change teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise using value, risk, data, customer insight, and performance feedback.
- Experience managing complexity, dependencies, competing priorities, and the full product lifecycle.
