What you will do

• Define and maintain the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.
• Own the end-to-end platform product lifecycle, from discovery and delivery through to ongoing optimization.
• Act as the accountable decision-maker for the Core Trading Platforms value stream, managing risks and trade-offs.
• Prioritize initiatives using value, risk, data, and customer insight to translate business goals into sequenced work.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Technology, Data, Operations, and Change to align priorities.
• Guide and coach Product Owners and delivery teams to adopt agile practices and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager owning platforms or value streams end-to-end.
• Strong expertise in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with Technology, Data, and Operations teams.
• Ability to prioritize work based on value, risk, data, and customer insight.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple organizational levels.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in York, UK.
