What you will do
- Define and execute a multi-year product roadmap that anticipates macro societal shifts in relationships and intimacy.
- Shift the organization from feature-led delivery to outcome-driven product development focused on engagement and retention.
- Partner with Design to set world-class standards for usability, aesthetics, and interaction quality.
- Lead operational alignment, prioritization, and planning across Product, Design, Data, and Engineering.
- Implement a framework for responsible AI innovation to accelerate discovery and delivery.
- Develop ethical monetization models that align business outcomes with progressive brand values.
Requirements
- Ability to translate deep societal insights and member pain points into elegant product solutions.
- Proven experience in visionary leadership and managing complex product ecosystems.
- Hands-on ability to evaluate technical constraints and delivery processes.
- Experience fostering a user-first culture for diverse communities, including LGBTQ+ and non-monogamous people.
