TL;DR
Product Manager (Fintech): Leading a digital transformation program to improve customer debt journeys within the Energy sector with an accent on reducing uncollected debt and proactive customer interventions. What you will do
- Define and deliver product strategy, vision, and roadmaps aligned to programme objectives.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring engineering teams focus on the highest-value initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Architecture teams to shape practical technical solutions.
- Analyze customer, operational, and commercial data to make evidence-based product decisions.
- Lead backlog refinement and participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products within Agile environments.
- Strong experience managing complex product backlogs and defining product roadmaps.
- Experience working with large volumes of customer and operational data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and business functions.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
Nice to have
- Strong experience in Debt Management, Collections & Recoveries.
- Experience within Energy & Utilities, particularly around billing or payment journeys.
- Experience in Financial Services or FinTech (collections, lending, or credit products).
