What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy for modern document systems, balancing customer needs and technical opportunities.
• Lead high-impact initiatives across document creation, authoring, collaboration, and completion workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities for intelligent authoring, content refinement, and workflow optimization.
• Partner with design, engineering, and AI teams to develop scalable APIs, integrations, and data models.
• Drive product discovery and iteration using AI-assisted tools, rapid experimentation, and user feedback.
• Guide multiple squads by providing clear priorities, strategic direction, and execution discipline.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, productivity, or document platforms.
• Proven experience owning complex user-facing product domains from strategy through delivery.
• Demonstrated experience launching AI-powered product features and measuring their adoption.
• Strong understanding of document systems and structured content (e.g., PDF, DOCX, Markdown).
• Must be based in Spain.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams on system architecture and platform limitations.
