Location: Hybrid setup with 2–3 days per week in our Barcelona, Madrid, or Munich offices

What you will do
- Convert commercial routines and client context into product requirements and AI decision logic.
- Lead product deployments, guide data readiness, and validate AI through business feedback.
- Upskill Sales, Marketing, and C-level stakeholders, accelerating time to value.
- Define and own data requirements, data collection, and AI fine-tuning needs.
- Act as the trusted go-to-market domain expert for clients and internal teams.
- Drive rollouts from entry-point GTM use cases to enterprise-wide adoption.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of enterprise Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence routines.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial consulting, Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations roles, with exposure to analytics or solution-oriented environments.
- Tech-savvy profile with fluency in data and AI concepts, including data requirements and model behavior.
- Proven experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.
- Extreme ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, adoption, and time to value.
- Strong communication skills with senior commercial and executive stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Background in tech consulting, solution architecture, or product-facing roles.
- Experience with AI-powered, analytics, or data-intensive products.
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS environments.
