TL;DR

Technical Product Manager (AI Customer Success): Building and scaling global AI-first Customer Success operations with an accent on data analytics, process automation, and cross-market strategy. Focus on designing scalable workflows, applying machine learning models to retention and growth, and coordinating complex technical initiatives across international teams.

Location: Remote-first with a preference for Spain, Poland, Mexico, or Brazil. Must have legal right to work in the country of residence.

What you will do

  • Support the design and creation of the global Customer Success function, focusing on customer journey customization and productivity.
  • Define, test, and roll out AI-first use cases to optimize operations and capacity.
  • Lead data analytics and modeling initiatives with a focus on retention and growth.
  • Act as a Technical Project Manager for strategic initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and timelines.
  • Scale successful experiments and best practices from local markets into global projects.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and operational teams to improve live processes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or project management.
  • Technical expertise in SQL, DBT, and reporting tools like Superset or Tableau.
  • Quantitative educational background (Data Science, Statistics, Math, Physics, CS, or Finance).
  • Fluent English (Spanish, Portuguese, or Polish are a plus).
  • Must have legal right to work in the country of residence (no visa sponsorship).
  • Proven experience collaborating with multicultural teams and navigating complex organizations.

Nice to have

  • Practical experience with Python modeling and data science algorithms (clustering, regression, decision trees).
  • Prior experience in business analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting.
  • Experience in designing and implementing advanced analytics and feature engineering.
