Product Manager (Fintech)

Compensation: GEL 12,650 – GEL 13,500 gross.

What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and quarterly goals for the Core Products & Platform domain.
• Conduct structured discovery through customer interviews, behavioral analysis, and data exploration.
• Write precise, engineering-ready specifications covering edge cases and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Growth PMs to design and deliver high-velocity experiments.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to resolve enterprise-critical issues and translate client needs into scalable improvements.
• Monitor product health, reliability signals, and balance new features with technical sustainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end with a focus on outcomes.
• Strong track record of shipping complex features in high-pressure environments.
• English (C1) proficiency and ability to work effectively in a Russian-speaking team.
• Data fluency with the ability to define metrics and drive evidence-based decisions.
• Must be based in Georgia or able to work within the required time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial product flows.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS platforms featuring complex API integrations.
• Experience with high-velocity A/B experimentation frameworks.
• Background in enterprise nonprofit or fundraising domains.
