What you will do

• Assemble and integrate mechanical and electrical sub-systems for sputtering equipment based on schematics.
• Install critical components including vacuum chambers, pumps, valves, and control panels.
• Perform functional and quality checks during and after equipment installation.
• Support tool troubleshooting and rework for both mechanical and electrical issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive build improvements and reliability enhancements.
• Lead junior Engineering Specialists to ensure tasks are accomplished within the required schedule.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in equipment assembly or troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with sputter PVD equipment, vacuum gauges, and multimeters.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Must be comfortable working in a cleanroom and structured manufacturing environment.
• Must be open to transitioning to a 12-hour shift, including nights and weekends, based on operational needs.
