What you will do

• Provide engineering support to the production line, ensuring process flow and documentation compliance.
• Monitor process variables and make necessary adjustments to maintain specifications.
• Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting of routine production problems.
• Conduct process buy-offs after equipment maintenance or breakdowns.
• Carry out experiments and assist process engineers in improving production efficiency.
• Train and certify MS and new EA personnel.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to work in a clean room environment.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour night shift pattern (7:30 PM to 7:45 AM).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive working attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of Sputter processes.
