What you will do

• Perform corrective and routine preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Execute product conversions, setups, and equipment upgrades.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and reduce product defects.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on OEE, Lean Manufacturing, and safety.
• Integrate and embrace Industry 4.0 technologies within the production line.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field.
• Must be willing to work in a clean room environment.
• Must be willing to work a 12-hour shift pattern (day or night).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude toward continuous learning.
