What you will do

• Monitor and sustain critical backend manufacturing processes, including yield, test time, and scrap rates.
• Perform structured root cause analysis using methodologies like 5 Why, Fishbone, and DMAIC to resolve process issues.
• Develop and maintain test process documentation, work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans.
• Utilize Python, C, C++, or SQL for automated testing, data crunching, and process control.
• Collaborate with equipment and automation teams to optimize recipes and reduce failure modes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience in manufacturing process environments is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Python, C, C++, or SQL for automation and data analysis is an advantage.
• Familiarity with process setup, mapping, and failure analysis.
