What you will do

• Install, qualify, calibrate, and optimize metrology tools and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Support engineering projects, equipment upgrades, and new technology deployment.
• Partner with Maintenance and Engineering teams to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cleanroom standards.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting manufacturing equipment, automation systems, or metrology tools.
• Proven experience with equipment setup, qualification, and maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with cleanroom operations and manufacturing process controls.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment, robotics, or machine vision systems.
