What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of customers, owning communication with cloud vendor teams to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate and close long-term commitments with key stakeholders.
- Handle customer-related support escalations to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Identify new workload opportunities and cost optimization paths within cloud environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align product deliverables with customer needs.
- Perform regular quarterly reviews to track project timelines and cloud spending.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience at a technology company.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or other major public clouds.
- Knowledge of the FinOps ecosystem.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Must be based in Israel.
Nice to have
- Cloud Certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner or Google Cloud Digital Leader).
- Additional language proficiency.
