Account Manager (SaaS)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: 8 days/month in office)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of up to 30 customers to ensure high satisfaction and engagement.
• Act as the main point of contact, providing proactive project management and support.
• Develop and maintain Account Plans to align with customer goals and sustainability visions.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams to solve challenges and identify upsell opportunities.
• Partner with the Sales team to secure contract renewals.
• Monitor operational KPIs to ensure service delivery excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or consulting.
• Fluency in English and German is a must.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and project management software.
• Must be eligible to work in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Polish.
• Knowledge of procurement systems and SaaS workflows.
• Formal education in supply chain, sustainability, or business.
