What you will do
- Drive adoption of Payments and POS software solutions to ensure clients extract maximum value.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, building trusted, long-term partnerships with clients.
- Identify and execute revenue opportunities through strategic upsells, cross-sells, and expansions.
- Monitor and analyze account health and performance metrics such as MRR and NRR.
- Proactively manage churn by identifying trends, resolving issues, and strengthening relationships.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to support the adoption of new tools and modules.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (must requirement).
- Must be based in Belfast.
- Demonstrated success in quota-carrying SaaS or technology roles with a focus on revenue growth.
- Experience in strategic account management and building credibility with executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Ability to navigate complex business models and make data-driven decisions.
