TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS/Commerce): Managing and growing a portfolio of French-speaking accounts to maximize product adoption and customer success with an accent on driving MRR and NRR growth. Focus on identifying expansion opportunities, executing upsells/cross-sells, and proactively managing churn through strategic relationship building.

Location: Must be based in Belfast; Fluency in French is a must requirement

What you will do

  • Drive adoption of hirify.global Payments and POS software solutions to ensure clients extract maximum value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, building trusted, long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Identify and execute revenue opportunities through strategic upsells, cross-sells, and expansions.
  • Monitor and analyze account health and performance metrics such as MRR and NRR.
  • Proactively manage churn by identifying trends, resolving issues, and strengthening relationships.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to support the adoption of new tools and modules.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (must requirement).
  • Must be based in Belfast.
  • Demonstrated success in quota-carrying SaaS or technology roles with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Experience in strategic account management and building credibility with executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Ability to navigate complex business models and make data-driven decisions.
