What you will do

• Act as the primary HR Direct focal point for the Americas region, handling tickets and phone calls.
• Manage requests end-to-end in collaboration with other HR teams to ensure efficient resolution.
• Maintain the knowledge base, support communications, and ensure data quality in systems like ORBIS.
• Monitor operational KPIs, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation efforts.
• Promote a positive employee experience as an HR Direct ambassador.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in the final year of studies in a related field.
• Fluency in English and/or Spanish is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, specifically Excel and Power BI.
• Strong customer focus and a proactive professional profile.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with HR administrative processes is considered an advantage.
