What you will do

• Manage HR transactions and employee inquiries throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from hire to retire.
• Serve as a trusted partner to employees, managers, HR Business Partners, Payroll teams, and Centers of Excellence.
• Process HR transactions and validate employee data using Workday and case management tools.
• Monitor and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely resolution of employee requests.
• Analyze HR data and trends using Excel and reporting tools to support operational decision-making.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to improve HR service delivery and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Administration.
• Hands-on experience working with Workday and case management systems.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, data privacy requirements, and compliance standards.
• Must be based in Mexico City.
