What you will do

• Perform job and salary analyses to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Review and revise job descriptions in collaboration with managers.
• Recommend grade and level assignments based on market data and internal benchmarks.
• Conduct data analysis, modeling, and reporting to present findings to stakeholders.
• Support the administration of merit and incentive planning processes.
• Perform regular audits of compensation data to ensure global consistency.

Requirements

• Understanding of compensation market analysis, plan design, and administration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data.
• Project management, change management, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a customer service focus.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• 3+ years of applicable experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
