What you will do

• Build long-term partnerships with attorneys, agents, and innovation leaders within the IP space.
• Advise legal and IP teams on transitioning from legacy processes to transparent AI workflows.
• Diagnose bottlenecks in current IP workflows to identify areas for automation and efficiency gains.
• Develop concrete, credible roadmaps for customers to integrate AI into their patent strategies.
• Measure success through practitioner outcomes, including reduced hours lost and improved IP protection.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• University degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in consultative, customer-facing intellectual property work.
• Professional background as a patent attorney, patent agent, or IP analyst.
• Native or fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into actionable business intelligence.
