Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Owning the full sales cycle for an AI-native automation platform with an accent on multi-threaded cycles with IT, Security, and Operations executives. Location: Must be based in or willing to work from our San Francisco HQ five days a week
Compensation: $275,000 OTE (50/50 base and variable split)

What you will do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to expansion.
- Develop deep relationships with senior IT, Security, and Operations leaders.
- Orchestrate complex buying committees and align stakeholders around the value proposition.
- Deliver compelling demos and business cases tied to measurable ROI.
- Partner with founders and product teams to influence roadmap priorities.
- Create repeatable playbooks for enterprise deal structure and expansion.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent top-tier attainment.
- Proven success selling technical or workflow automation platforms into 1–5K employee organizations.
- Expertise running consultative sales cycles with VP-level buyers.
- Skilled in strategic account planning, multi-threading, and executive communication.
- Must be based in or willing to work from our San Francisco HQ five days a week.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience at high-velocity SaaS companies.
- Experience scaling an early-stage startup (Series A–D).
- Familiarity with AI, ITSM, or workflow automation categories.
- Comfort demoing APIs, integrations, and automation architecture.
