TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Owning the full sales cycle for an AI-native automation platform with an accent on multi-threaded cycles with IT, Security, and Operations executives. Focus on building repeatable enterprise playbooks, driving measurable ROI, and shaping the company's go-to-market strategy from the ground up.

Location: Must be based in or willing to work from our San Francisco HQ five days a week

Compensation: $275,000 OTE (50/50 base and variable split)

What you will do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to expansion.
  • Develop deep relationships with senior IT, Security, and Operations leaders.
  • Orchestrate complex buying committees and align stakeholders around the value proposition.
  • Deliver compelling demos and business cases tied to measurable ROI.
  • Partner with founders and product teams to influence roadmap priorities.
  • Create repeatable playbooks for enterprise deal structure and expansion.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent top-tier attainment.
  • Proven success selling technical or workflow automation platforms into 1–5K employee organizations.
  • Expertise running consultative sales cycles with VP-level buyers.
  • Skilled in strategic account planning, multi-threading, and executive communication.
  • Must be based in or willing to work from our San Francisco HQ five days a week.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience at high-velocity SaaS companies.
  • Experience scaling an early-stage startup (Series A–D).
  • Familiarity with AI, ITSM, or workflow automation categories.
  • Comfort demoing APIs, integrations, and automation architecture.
