Salary: $73,150 - $174,000

What you will do

• Design and build advanced agentic AI frameworks including tool use, RAG, and multimodal AI.
• Architect scalable production systems, REST/Streaming APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop reliable AI-driven enterprise workflows while managing uncertainty and safety.
• Optimize enterprise search and retrieval platforms for improved ranking, latency, and precision.
• Build evaluation frameworks for AI systems to balance quality, cost, and user experience.
• Contribute to frontend development using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

Requirements

• Expertise in AI/LLM systems, agentic workflows, and cloud architecture.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Golang, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience shipping enterprise-scale production software.
• 2+ years of experience designing large-scale search systems (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch preferred).
• 1+ year of experience evaluating AI quality, reliability, and safety.
• Must be based in or able to work from the specified US locations (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with WebSockets and real-time systems.
