What you will do

• Lead a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production machinery.
• Perform root cause analysis for equipment downtime and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Develop and maintain machine checklists to guide technicians in daily operational tasks.
• Propose and implement Kaizen and productivity improvement ideas to enhance machine performance and workplace safety.
• Diagnose and repair machine parts using circuit diagrams and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on equipment improvement projects.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in automation, electronics, electrical controls, mechanical systems, or mechatronics.
• Ability to interpret circuit diagrams and technical documentation for machine troubleshooting.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating technicians in a manufacturing or equipment maintenance environment.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis to support problem-solving activities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
