What you will do

• Establish creative workflows, systems, and standards to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Partner with strategy, account management, and paid media teams to translate insights into compelling storytelling.
• Integrate AI-powered creative technologies into content creation workflows to introduce innovative approaches.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional design experience.
• 2+ years in a creative leadership, mentorship, or art direction capacity.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first creative work and digital campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools.
• Experience creating motion design, short-form video content, or multimedia assets.
• Must be based in the United States.
