A fast-growing sports company specializing in fantasy sports, betting, and prediction markets.

What you will do

  • Execute the hirify.global rebrand across social, paid, email, CRM, and product touchpoints.
  • Lead campaign design end-to-end from initial brief through final delivery.
  • Create a mix of high-production visuals and scrappy, UGC-native content.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure visual consistency and personality.
  • Maintain and update the brand library within Frontify for internal and external use.
  • Proactively contribute creative ideas and craft accompanying short-form copy and headlines.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of in-house or agency graphic design experience.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Portfolio demonstrating range across digital campaigns, social media, and branding.
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines while knowing when to push creative boundaries.
  • Daily usage of AI tools to increase speed and output without compromising quality.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in illustration, branding, or logo design.
  • Motion graphics or animation skills.
  • Previous experience working on a comprehensive rebranding effort.
