Salary: $143,000 — $196,900 USD / $114,000 — $157,300 CAD

What you will do

• Lead design for organic social channels from concept to publication across static, carousel, and feed-first formats.
• Translate the 'Okta Secures AI' narrative into visually compelling ideas that drive attention and shares.
• Develop recurring creative formats and assets for social advocacy programs for employees and partners.
• Partner with the video team to optimize YouTube performance through high-impact thumbnails and playlist art.
• Evolve the brand expression for social while protecting distinctive core brand assets.
• Test new formats using engagement data to establish repeatable best practices.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience designing for social channels, ideally in-house or in a social-native environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Proven track record of creating social-first work that stops the scroll and drives engagement.
• Ability to make technical or abstract B2B subject matter genuinely interesting.
• Strong cultural instinct and a test-and-learn mindset driven by data.

Nice to have

• Motion and video design experience.
• Experience working within the B2B or technology sectors.
