What you will do
- Develop and execute creative concepts, visual designs, and layouts for multi-channel advertising campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance advertising strategies and infuse culturally relevant elements.
- Present design rationales to clients and incorporate feedback into final versions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delegating tasks to junior designers to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client expectations.
- Stay current with the latest design software, digital tools, and pop culture trends.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of industry experience in a professional creative role.
- Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant category experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Experience working with large teams in client-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Cincinnati office under a hybrid model.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of digital media and experience designing for various digital platforms.
- Proficiency in front-end development (CSS, HTML) and experience with CMS.
- Experience using AI tools for design processes.
