What you will do

• Generate big ideas for campaigns, content, and brand moments across multiple formats.
• Own brand aesthetics and ensure consistent, excellent look and feel across deliverables.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, producers, and stakeholders to turn creative concepts into finished work.
• Lead multi-channel creative work, including a key role in social channels.
• Drive production from concept through execution, handling both quick content shoots and campaign-level production.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in a creative environment (agency or brand-side) with a portfolio showing original thinking and immaculate craft.
• Strong design fundamentals: type, color, composition, and imagery; excellent visual taste and judgment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute production work across different scales (from quick shoots to campaign-level projects).
• Comfort moving between macro and micro details while maintaining positivity and momentum.
• Must be based in the United States (100% remote-US).
